CUPP claims knowledge of 5 appeal court justices penciled to hear Atiku’s petition (see alleged list)

The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) on Tuesday, March 12, claimed that it had come in contact with a list of five-member justices of the appeal court ‘programmed’ to hear Atiku Abubakar’s petition. Atiku and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have agreed to contest the results of the recently held presidential election that produced Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for a second term.
