President Buhari presides over FEC meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari presided over Wednesday, January 31, Federal Executive Council, (FEC) meeting at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa Abuja.

The president, returned to Abuja yesterday, January 30 after attending the 30th African Union Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where he was honoured as the anti-corruption champion.

NAIJ.com previously reported that the the Yoruba Council of Elders (YCE) has lambasted the minister of communications, Adebayo Shittu, for distributing President Buhari 2019 re-election campaign materials during the Wednesday, January 24, FEC meeting.

Shortly before the commencement of the meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the minister handed over the bag to the council’s secretariat staff members for distribution.
