Grey’s Anatomy actor Giacomo Gianniotti has officially tied the knot!

The 29-year-old actor and longtime love Nichole G. walked down the aisle on Sunday (April 28) at Villa Pocci in Rome, Italy.

According to People, the couple celebrated with family and friends until the early morning.

The group also enjoyed a massive multi-tiered white cake that was presented in front of stunning sparklers.

Giacomo and Nichole have been dating for several years and got engaged over Thanksgiving weekend back in 2017.
