Melissa Benoist & Hubby Chris Wood Are Back on the 'Supergirl' Set Together For Final Season

Chris Wood joins wife Melissa Benoist on the set of Supergirl on Wednesday (July 28) in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The 33-year-old actor is reprising his role as Mon-El for one of the final episodes of the series.

Jeremy Jordan was also back on set with them, bringing back his character Winn.

Also spotted on set that day for what appears to be a funeral scene were Chyler Leigh, David Harewood, Jesse Rath, Nicole Maines and Katie McGrath.

The cast are in their final days of filming the last season of the series. It will end later this year on The CW after six seasons on the air.

This is also the first time we’ve seen Melissa and Chris on the Supergirl set together since 2018, before his character left the show in season three. He made a brief appearance in season five though.

Jeremy‘s Winn also left the show at the end of season three, though he did return for a few episodes in season five.

Supergirl‘s final season returns to The CW with new episodes on August 24th.
