Olivia‘s album has been No. 1 for five nonconsecutive weeks, and rose back up after its vinyl LP release on August 20. It holds the second-most weeks at No. 1 in 2021, behind only Morgan Wallen’s 10-week run with Dangerous: The Double Album.

Sour moved 133,000 equivalent album units in the past week, with vinyl LP sales making up 76,000 of that figure, the second-large sales week for vinyl since 1991. The only larger week? Taylor Swift‘s Evermore sales earlier this year.

Some stars have been weighing in regarding Olivia‘s songwriting credits debate.
