Kano Govt Budgets N6 Billion to Tackle Water Shortage As Public Taps Dry Up

[Vanguard] There seems to be no end in sight to the lingering acute shortage of potable public water in Kano as residents now wander about in search of water for their daily needs. Residents are unaware of reason for the sudden drying up of public water supply and they are concerned at the high prices they are made to pay in their bid to access water. Clarice is a new series coming to CBS in just a few months that will continue The Silence of the Lambs franchise. However, there’s one thing that the television series can’t do, and that’s mention anything about Hannibal Lecter.
